Question by tgotovich: Where do i have to go to fly an apache longbow?
hello,
I asked my friends this and all of them said different answers. One said army, one said marines, the other said air force. I thought it might be the army because in a commercial when it said to join the army it showed a guy walking in front of an apache in flight. So where do i go.

Answer #4
It depends on your country of residence:
US; US Army
Netherlands/UK: KL/RAF
Answer #5
In the US, the Army is the only service branch that operates the Apache.(they are also used by foreign allies to the US, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AH-64_Apache for the full list of operators)
So you would have to an Army trained officer , or commissioned officer, and succesfully pass flight training to operate one.
They are not used by any commerical enterprise, so the miltary is the only way to fly one.
